Villa Almyriki in Brief

Our beautiful family villa is situated between 2 small picturesque villages, Skaloma and Marathias, both of which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. It is a newly built house, adhering to the main traditional architecture of the region. It is located just 250m away from a beautiful pebble beach that can be reached in 3 minutes on foot, and it is quiet even during August. The house offers a pleasant, comfortable and peaceful stay. The covered terrace overlooks a large garden, the sea and the mountains of the Peloponnese. Sitting on a 1724 m² land plot the house is approx. 167 m²; it was built on 2000 and renovated on 2016. The garden is 1500 square meters with trees and outdoor shower. The terrace has a large table and chairs for 8 people. The house also has 6 sun loungers and a second table with chairs for four people. The land is completely fenced thus perfectly suited to children and dogs. The property accommodates 8 people. However, 2 additional children can also be accommodated free of charge. The house is divided into 3 levels with all levels being on the ground. Entering from the main entrance, you can see the living room to the right, and in front of you the dining area; the kitchen area is to the left and also to the left there is a small mezzanine. Between the dining room and the mezzanine, you follow the stairs that lead to the mid-ground level; to the right there is a corridor. Once in the corridor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower to the right side. Continuing in the corridor, on to the left there is a bathroom with bathtub; opposite to it there is a double bedroom. Going past the bathroom there is an additional bedroom with two single beds. Returning to the stairs, we go further down to the basement apartment. Opposite there is a large window and a door that exits to the garden. On the left side there is a double bed and on the right there is a bathroom with shower. Further to the front and towards the right there is a library area and a single bed. We have the capacity for an additional folding bed (for children up to 12 years of age); and we can also add a baby cot. All levels have access to the garden. There is TV (two sets, one 42 inches, the other 26 inches) with satellite, a radio and a DVD Player and Wi-Fi with speed up to 14 mbps. The kitchen is fully equipped (sink, dishwasher, electric cooker 4 plates + oven, fridge-freezer, classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery). There is a washing machine on the basement. You will have access to a portable BBQ in the veranda area. There is parking space for two or three cars. All linen will be provided upon arrival by the owner who will welcome you and show you the little details of the house. If the owner is absent, another person will ensure your arrival or departure. The villa is 16 Km from Nafpaktos with views to the sea, the surrounding mountains and the Peloponnese countryside. You will find stores and restaurants just 2 Km away in Marathias village. Athens airport is 270 Km away, and the port of Patras is 45 Km away. We look forward to meet you.
